Restaurant Selection

For restaurant groups with multiple locations or brands, select which restaurant to order from.

How It Works

Single Location (Most Common)

When you scan a table QR code:

  • Goes directly to that restaurant's menu
  • No selection needed
  • Table already identified
  • Start ordering immediately

Multiple Locations

If the QR code serves multiple locations:

Step 1: Landing page shows available locations

Step 2: Select your location from the list

Step 3: Menu loads for that restaurant

Step 4: Proceed to browse and order

Multi-Brand Groups

For restaurant groups with different concepts:

Step 1: Select the brand you want to order from

Step 2: Choose location if multiple exist

Step 3: Menu displays for that brand

Location Detection Methods

Automatic (GPS)

Step 1: Allow location access when prompted

Step 2: Nearest restaurant automatically suggested

Step 3: Tap to confirm or change

Manual Selection

Step 1: View list of all locations

Step 2: Search by name or address

Step 3: Select your location

Step 4: Proceed to menu

QR Code Linked (Most Common)

Best practice for dine-in:

  • QR code pre-linked to specific location
  • No selection needed
  • Customer goes straight to menu
  • Table number automatic
