Service Options

Dine-In (Table QR)

When you scan a table QR code:

• Service automatically set to Dine-In
• Order delivered to your table
• Table number captured from QR
• Pay at table or counter

Pickup (Takeaway)

If pickup is available:

• Order for collection at counter
• Estimated ready time shown
• Notification when order is ready
• No table needed

Delivery

If delivery is enabled:

• Order delivered to your address
• Enter delivery address
• Delivery fee calculated
• Estimated delivery time shown

How It Works

Table QR Scans (Dine-In)

Step 1: Scan the QR code at your table

Step 2: Service pre-set to Dine-In automatically

Step 3: Table number captured from QR

Step 4: Go straight to menu and order

Pickup or Delivery

Step 1: Open the ordering link or scan a general QR

Step 2: Select Pickup or Delivery

Step 3: For delivery: enter your address

Step 4: For pickup: view pickup location and time

Step 5: Proceed to menu

Dual Pricing

Different prices may apply per service:

When you switch services, prices update automatically.

Switching Service Type

If you need to change service:

Step 1: Tap the service type in the header

Step 2: Select new service from options

Step 3: Cart items remain intact

Step 4: Prices update for new service type

Delivery Zones

For delivery orders:

Step 1: Enter your address

Step 2: System checks if in delivery zone

Step 3: Delivery fee calculated based on distance

Step 4: If outside zone, offered pickup instead
