Purchase digital gift cards for friends and family, or check the balance of an existing card.
Accessing Gift Cards
Step 1: Click Gift Cards in the header navigation
Step 2: The gift cards page opens
Purchasing a Gift Card
Step 1: Select Amount
Step 1: Choose from preset amounts:
- €25
- €50
- €75
- €100
Step 2: Or enter a custom amount within limits
Step 2: Enter Recipient Details
Step 1: Enter recipient's name
Step 2: Enter recipient's email address
Step 3: The gift card will be sent to this email
Step 3: Add Personal Message (Optional)
Step 1: Write a personal message for the recipient
Step 2: Message appears in the gift card email
Step 4: Enter Your Details
Step 1: Enter your name (sender)
Step 2: Enter your email (for receipt)
Step 5: Choose Delivery
Immediate: Gift card sent right away
Scheduled: Send on a specific date (birthdays, holidays)
Step 6: Complete Payment
Step 1: Select payment method (Stripe or PayPal)
Step 2: Enter payment details
Step 3: Complete purchase
Step 4: Confirmation shown and receipt emailed
Receiving a Gift Card
When you receive a gift card:
- Email arrives with gift card details
- Unique redemption code included
- Card value displayed
- Personal message from sender
- Instructions for redeeming
Checking Gift Card Balance
Step 1: Go to the Gift Cards page
Step 2: Click Check Balance
Step 3: Enter your gift card code
Step 4: Current balance displayed
Redeeming a Gift Card
At Checkout
Step 1: Add items to your cart
Step 2: Proceed to checkout
Step 3: Click Apply Gift Card or find gift card field
Step 4: Enter your gift card code
Step 5: Balance applied to order total
Step 6: Pay remaining amount with another method if needed
Partial Use
- Gift cards can be used across multiple orders
- Remaining balance saved on the card
- Balance updates after each use
- Check balance anytime on the Gift Cards page
Gift Card Rules

Troubleshooting
Gift Card Code Not Working
| Cause | Solution |
|---|---|
| Wrong code | Check spelling carefully |
| Already fully used | Check balance (may be €0) |
| Expired | Check expiration date if applicable |
| Wrong restaurant | Gift cards are restaurant-specific |
Didn't Receive Gift Card Email
| Cause | Solution |
|---|---|
| Spam folder | Check junk mail |
| Wrong email address | Contact the purchaser |
| Scheduled delivery | Check if it was scheduled for later |
| Email delayed | Wait a few minutes |
Wrong Amount Applied
| Cause | Solution |
|---|---|
| Partial balance | Card had less than order total |
| Already partially used | Check remaining balance |
| Order total lower | Only deducts the order amount |
Can't Purchase Gift Card
| Cause | Solution |
|---|---|
| Payment failed | Try different payment method |
| Gift cards disabled | Restaurant may not offer this |
| Amount invalid | Use preset or valid custom amount |
