Loyalty Programs
Set up points-based loyalty: earning rules, redemption rewards, bonus promotions, and program performance tracking.

Note: Loyalty features and exact configuration options depend on your plan and enabled marketing modules. Some setups support tiered programs or integration with external loyalty providers.
Loyalty works best when combined with good offers and automated win-back campaigns. Start simple, measure repeat rate and average order value lift, then iterate.
