Print or send digital receipts to customers
Receipts
Provide customers with order confirmation and payment receipts.
Receipt Options
After payment, customers choose:
- Print Receipt - Paper receipt from printer
- Email Receipt - Sent to their email
- SMS Receipt - Sent to phone (if enabled)
- No Receipt - Skip receipt

Configure Printer
- Connect printer to kiosk
- Go to Partner Portal → Settings → Printing
- Select printer model
- Configure receipt template
- Test print
Digital Receipts
Email Receipt
- Customer enters email
- Receipt sent immediately
- Includes order details and payment info
SMS Receipt
- Customer enters phone number
- Short message with order number sent
- Link to full digital receipt
Order Number Display
After receipt choice:
- Large order number shown on screen
- "Your order number is: 1234"
- Audio announcement (optional)
- Screen resets after 10 seconds
German Fiscal Requirements (TSE)
For German restaurants:
- Receipts include TSE signature
- QR code for tax verification
- Transaction ID from fiscal device
- Required by law (KassenSichV)

Troubleshooting
Printer Not Working

Receipt Not Printing

Email Not Received
