Quick guide to setting up delivery areas and fees for your restaurant
How to Configure Delivery Zones
Set up where you deliver and how much you charge.
Open Partner Portal
Go to partner.fleksa.com and select your restaurant.
Navigate to Delivery Settings
Go to Settings → Delivery or Delivery Areas.
Add Delivery Zone
Click Add Zone and draw the area on the map, or enter postal codes manually.
Set Delivery Fee
Configure the fee for each zone:
- Fixed fee: e.g., €3 for all orders in this zone
- Distance-based: e.g., €0.50 per km from your restaurant
- Order-based: Different fees based on order total (e.g., free delivery over €30)
Set Minimum Order (Optional)
Set a minimum order amount for delivery (e.g., €15). Orders below this amount won't be accepted for delivery.
Save and Enable
Save your zones and enable delivery in your order settings.
Zone Types
| Type | Best For | How It Works |
|---|---|---|
| Radius | Simple coverage area | Circle around your restaurant (e.g., 5 km) |
| Postal codes | City-based areas | Enter specific postal codes you deliver to |
| Custom polygon | Complex boundaries | Draw on map to follow rivers, highways, neighborhoods |
Multiple Zones
You can create multiple zones with different fees:
| Zone | Area | Fee | Min Order |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zone 1 | 0–3 km | €2.00 | €10 |
| Zone 2 | 3–6 km | €4.00 | €20 |
| Zone 3 | 6–10 km | €6.00 | €30 |
Start with a smaller delivery area and expand as your delivery operations become more efficient. It's better to deliver well in a small area than poorly in a large one.
Tips
- Higher fees for distant zones help cover driver costs
- Set realistic minimum orders to ensure each delivery is profitable
- Review delivery times regularly — if orders to Zone 3 consistently arrive late, consider shrinking it
- Enable "free delivery" thresholds (e.g., free over €30) to increase average order value
