Connection Status

Check your connection in the header:

Offline Behavior

If connection is lost:

  1. Existing orders remain visible on screen
  2. New orders queue and appear when reconnected
  3. Your actions queue and sync when back online
  4. Auto-reconnect attempts every few seconds

Multi-Location

Each location has its own order stream:

  • Orders only appear for the logged-in location
  • Staff at Location A don't see Location B orders
  • Multi-location managers can switch locations in settings

Troubleshooting

Syncing with wrong locationLog out and log in to correct location

Force Refresh

If orders seem out of sync:

  1. Pull down on the screen (mobile) or press F5 (keyboard)
  2. Wait for full reload
  3. Check connection indicator is green
  4. Contact support if issues persist
