Scanning the QR Code

Step 1: Find the QR code on your table (typically on a stand or sticker)

Step 2: Open your phone's camera app

Step 3: Point your camera at the QR code

Step 4: Tap the notification that appears to open the ordering page

What Happens When You Scan

When you scan the table QR code:

• Your session links to that specific table
• The restaurant's menu loads automatically
• Table number is captured (no need to enter it)
• Kitchen knows where to deliver your order

Ordering Options

Guest Checkout (No Account)

• Order without creating an account
• Enter phone number for order updates
• Fastest option for first-time customers
• No saved information between visits

With an Account

If you create an account:

• Order history saved
• Favorites for quick reordering
• Loyalty points earned
• Saved payment methods

Sign in quickly with:

Table-Linked Sessions

When you scan a table QR code:

• Session automatically linked to that table
• Order tagged with table number
• Kitchen knows where to deliver
• No need to enter table number manually

Phone Verification

Used for:

• Guest checkout identification
• Order status SMS notifications
• Account recovery
• Fraud prevention

How It Works

Multiple Devices at One Table

Multiple people can scan the same table QR:

• Each device sees the table order
• Orders go to the same table bill

Session Expiration

Your session remains active while you're at the table:

• Cart preserved during your visit
• Session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity
• Re-scan QR to start fresh if expired
