Quick Start

Generate Your QR Codes

Go to Partner Portal > Settings > QR Codes and generate unique QR codes for each table.

Print the QR codes and place them on each table. Use table stands, stickers, or tent cards.

Test It Yourself

Scan a QR code with your phone to see the customer experience. Try placing a test order.

Train Your Staff

Show staff how orders appear in POS and Kitchen Display. They'll see "Table 5" or similar so they know where to deliver.

Setting Up QR Codes

In Partner Portal

  1. Go to Settings > QR Codes
  2. Select number of tables
  3. Click Generate QR Codes
  4. Download PDF for printing

QR Code Options

Printing Tips

  • Minimum 3cm x 3cm for easy scanning
  • Laminate or use waterproof material
  • Place where customers can easily see it
  • Include brief "Scan to Order" instructions

Unique QR Features

Call Waiter

Customers can tap "Call Waiter" on the order tracking screen:

  • Staff gets notification in POS
  • Shows table number and reason
  • Great for requests, questions, or issues

Split Payments

For groups at the same table:

  1. First person opens order
  2. Taps "Split Bill"
  3. Shares payment link with others
  4. Each person pays their share

Table-Linked Sessions

When customer scans table QR:

  • Table number automatically attached to order
  • Kitchen knows exactly where to deliver
  • No need for customers to enter table number
