Order Status Updates
Status Flow
| Status | Meaning |

If you allow notifications:

Call Waiter
Need assistance at your table?
Step 1: Tap Contact or Call Waiter on your screen
Step 2: Select reason for calling:
- General assistance
- Help with bill
- Request check
- Other
Step 3: Staff receives notification
Step 4: Waiter comes to your table

Call Waiter Cooldown
To prevent spam:
- 5-minute wait between calls
- Timer shows when you can call again
- Use for genuine assistance needs
Estimated Time
The system shows estimated completion:
- Based on kitchen capacity
- Considers current queue
- Updates as order progresses
- May adjust in real-time
