Need assistance at your table?

Step 1: Tap Contact or Call Waiter on your screen

Step 2: Select reason for calling:

  • General assistance
  • Help with bill
  • Request check
  • Other

Step 3: Staff receives notification

Step 4: Waiter comes to your table

Call Waiter Cooldown

To prevent spam:

  • 5-minute wait between calls
  • Timer shows when you can call again
  • Use for genuine assistance needs

Estimated Time

The system shows estimated completion:

  • Based on kitchen capacity
  • Considers current queue
  • Updates as order progresses
  • May adjust in real-time
