Brand Management
Brand Management enables multi-brand support for the Fleksa platform, allowing different branding (Fleksa, EezPos, vGrubs) with shared infrastructure. This feature is primarily for platform administrators.

Accessing Brand Management
Step 1: Log in with Admin credentials
Step 2: Go to Admin > Brands
Step 3: View all configured brands
Supported Brands

Viewing Brand Details
Step 1: Click on a brand name
Step 2: View brand configuration:
- Brand name
- Logo
- Primary colors
- Default settings
- Assigned shops
Brand Configuration
Each brand can have unique settings:
Visual Branding
- Logo - Brand logo for header/footer
- Favicon - Browser tab icon
- Primary Color - Main brand color
- Secondary Color - Accent color
- Font - Typography choice
Default Settings
- Default language - EN, DE, etc.
- Default currency - EUR, USD, etc.
- Default timezone - Restaurant timezone
- Feature toggles - Which features are enabled
Email Templates
- Welcome email - Brand-specific welcome
- Order confirmation - Branded receipts
- Marketing templates - Branded campaigns
Creating a New Brand
Step 1: Click Add Brand
Step 2: Enter brand details:
- Brand name
- Brand code (unique identifier)
- Description
Step 3: Upload branding assets:
- Logo (multiple sizes)
- Favicon
- Social media images
Step 4: Configure colors:
- Primary color (hex code)
- Secondary color
- Text colors
Step 5: Set default preferences:
- Language
- Currency
- Feature settings
Step 6: Click Save
Assigning Shops to Brands
Step 1: Go to Admin > Shops
Step 2: Find the shop
Step 3: Edit shop settings
Step 4: Select Brand dropdown
Step 5: Choose brand
Step 6: Save changes
Shop now uses selected brand's settings.
Brand-Specific Features
Some features can be toggled per brand:

Viewing Shops by Brand
Step 1: Go to Admin Dashboard
Step 2: Use brand filter
Step 3: View only shops under selected brand
Step 4: Manage brand-specific metrics
Brand Analytics
Track performance per brand:
Step 1: Go to Admin > Analytics
Step 2: Filter by brand
Step 3: View brand-specific metrics:
- Total shops
- Total orders
- Total revenue
- Active users
Step 4: Compare brands
Editing a Brand
Step 1: Find brand in list
Step 2: Click Edit
Step 3: Update configuration
Step 4: Click Save
Changes apply to all shops under that brand.
Brand Permissions
Control who can manage brands:

White-Label Considerations
When setting up white-label brands:
Domain Setup:
- Configure custom domain
- Set up SSL certificate

Email Configuration:
- Custom sender address

Legal Requirements:
- Terms and conditions per brand
- Privacy policy per brand
- Imprint/legal info
