Authentication & Access

The Authentication system provides secure login for the MyFleksa Dashboard. Access your restaurant management tools from any device with your email and password.

Logging In

Step 1: Open your web browser and go to my.fleksa.com

Step 2: Enter your email address in the Email field

Step 3: Enter your password in the Password field

Step 4: Click Sign In

Step 5: You'll be directed to your dashboard

Creating a New Account

Step 1: Go to my.fleksa.com and click Sign Up

Step 2: Enter your business email address

Step 3: Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters)

Step 4: Enter your restaurant name and details

Step 5: Click Create Account

Step 6: Check your email for a verification link

Step 7: Click the link to verify your email

Step 8: Complete the onboarding wizard to set up your restaurant

Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password:

Step 1: On the login page, click Forgot Password?

Step 2: Enter your registered email address

Step 3: Click Send Reset Link

Step 4: Check your email for the password reset link

Step 5: Click the link and enter your new password

Step 6: Confirm your new password

Step 7: Click Reset Password

Step 8: Return to login and sign in with your new password

Multi-Shop Access

If you manage multiple restaurants, you can switch between them:

Step 1: Look for the shop name in the top navigation bar

Step 2: Click the dropdown arrow next to your shop name

Step 3: Select the restaurant you want to manage

Step 4: The dashboard updates to show that shop's data

All your shops appear in the dropdown if your account has access to multiple locations.

User Roles

Different users have different access levels:

Session Security

Your login session includes these security features:

• Automatic timeout - Sessions expire after inactivity
• Device tracking - See which devices are logged in
• Secure tokens - JWT-based authentication
• HTTPS encryption - All data transmitted securely

Staying Logged In

To stay logged in longer:

Step 1: On the login page, check the Remember Me box

Step 2: Enter your credentials and sign in

Your session will persist even if you close the browser. For shared computers, leave this unchecked.

Logging Out

Step 1: Click your profile icon in the top right corner

Step 2: Click Log Out

Step 3: You'll be returned to the login page

Always log out when using shared or public computers.

Troubleshooting

Can't receive password reset email:

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Verify you're using the correct email address
• Wait a few minutes and try again
• Contact support if issues persist

Account locked:

• After multiple failed login attempts, accounts may be temporarily locked
• Wait 15-30 minutes before trying again
• Use password reset if you've forgotten your password

Can't see all your shops:

• Contact your administrator to verify your shop assignments
• Each shop must be explicitly added to your account
