Print or send digital receipts to kiosk customers

Receipts

Provide customers with order confirmation and payment receipts after payment.

Receipt Options

After payment, customers choose how to receive their receipt:

  1. Print Receipt — Paper receipt from the connected printer
  2. Email Receipt — Sent to their email address
  3. SMS Receipt — Text message with order details (if enabled)
  4. No Receipt — Skip and proceed

Configure Printer

Connect the printer to the kiosk device

Via USB, network cable, or Bluetooth.

Configure in Partner Portal

Go to Partner Portal → Settings → Printing and select your printer model.

Customize receipt template

Add your logo, header text, footer message, and adjust paper size (80mm or 58mm).

Test print

Print a test receipt to verify formatting and alignment.

Digital Receipts

Email Receipt

  1. Customer enters their email on the kiosk screen
  2. Receipt sent immediately after payment
  3. Includes full order details, payment info, and restaurant branding

SMS Receipt

  1. Customer enters their phone number
  2. Short message sent with order number
  3. Includes a link to the full digital receipt

Order Number Display

After the receipt choice, the kiosk shows:

  • Large order number on screen (e.g., "Your order number is: 1234")
  • Optional audio announcement of the number
  • Screen resets to home after 10 seconds, ready for the next customer

German Fiscal Requirements (TSE)

German restaurants: Receipts must include TSE (Technische Sicherheitseinrichtung) data as required by the KassenSichV regulation. This is handled automatically when TSE hardware is configured.

For German restaurants, receipts automatically include:

  • TSE signature and transaction ID
  • QR code for tax verification
  • Timestamp from the fiscal device
