Table Reservations

Book a table at the restaurant online by selecting your preferred date, time, and party size.

Accessing Reservations

Step 1: Click Reservations in the header navigation

Step 2: Or click the Reserve a Table button on the menu page

Making a Reservation

Step 1: Select Date

Step 1: Click on the date picker

Step 2: Choose your preferred date from the calendar

Step 3: Unavailable dates are grayed out

Step 2: Select Time

Step 1: View available time slots for your selected date

Step 2: Click on your preferred time

Step 3: Time slots are based on restaurant availability

Step 3: Enter Party Size

Step 1: Select or enter the number of guests

Step 2: Larger groups may need to call directly

Step 3: Maximum party size depends on restaurant settings

Step 4: Enter Contact Details

Step 1: Enter your name (required)

Step 2: Enter your email (for confirmation)

Step 3: Enter your phone number (required)

Step 5: Add Special Requests

Enter any special requirements:

  • Birthday celebration
  • High chair needed
  • Accessibility requirements
  • Dietary restrictions
  • Preferred seating area

Step 6: Confirm Booking

Step 1: Review all reservation details

Step 2: Click Book Table or Confirm Reservation

Step 3: Confirmation page displays with booking reference

Step 4: Confirmation email sent to your address

Confirmation Process

Automatic Confirmation

  • Booking confirmed immediately
  • Confirmation email sent
  • No staff action needed

Manual Confirmation

  • Some restaurants review bookings first
  • You receive a "pending" confirmation
  • Staff confirms and you're notified
  • Check email for final confirmation

Reservation Confirmation Email

Your email includes:

  • Reservation date and time
  • Party size
  • Restaurant address with map link
  • Confirmation number
  • Cancellation link
  • Add to calendar button

Managing Your Reservation

Viewing Reservations (Logged-in Users)

Step 1: Log into your account

Step 2: Go to Account → Reservations

Step 3: View all upcoming and past reservations

Canceling a Reservation

Step 1: Click the cancellation link in your confirmation email

Step 2: Or go to Account → Reservations → Cancel

Step 3: Confirm cancellation

Step 4: Cancellation confirmation sent

Modifying a Reservation

Step 1: Cancel the existing reservation

Step 2: Create a new booking with updated details

Step 3: Or contact the restaurant directly

Availability System

How Availability Works

  • Based on restaurant capacity
  • Table configurations considered
  • Existing reservations factored in
  • Buffer time between seatings

Time Slot Display

Available times shown based on:

  • Restaurant operating hours
  • Kitchen capacity
  • Existing bookings
  • Minimum advance booking time

Cancellation Policy

Online Cancellation

  • Cancel via link in confirmation email
  • Deadline varies by restaurant (e.g., 24 hours before)
  • After deadline, call restaurant directly

No-Show Policy

  • Restaurants may track no-shows
  • Repeat no-shows may require deposits
  • Please cancel if plans change
