Manage your profile information, saved addresses, order history, and account preferences.

Creating an Account

Sign Up Options

  • Email and password
  • Sign in with Google
  • Sign in with Apple

Sign Up Flow

Step 1: Click the Account icon in the header

Step 2: Click Sign Up or Create Account

Step 3: Choose your sign-up method

Login Options

Step 4: Enter your details or authenticate with Google/Apple

Step 5: Verify your email (click link in email)

Step 6: Account created and ready to use

Logging In

Step 1: Click the Account icon

Step 2: Enter your email and password

Login Modal

Step 3: Or click Sign in with Google / Sign in with Apple

Step 4: You're logged in and can access your account

Account Features

Profile Information

View and edit:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Date of birth (for birthday offers)

Saved Addresses

  • Add multiple delivery addresses
  • Set a default address
  • Edit or delete addresses anytime
  • Quick selection at checkout

Order History

  • View all past orders
  • See order details and receipts
  • Track order status
  • Reorder favorite items with one click

Saved Payment Methods

  • Store cards securely (tokenized)
  • Add or remove cards
  • Set default payment method

  • Save favorite menu items

Managing Your Profile

Edit Profile

Step 1: Log into your account

Step 2: Go to Account → Profile

Step 3: Update your information

Step 4: Click Save Changes

Change Password

Step 1: Go to Account → Security

Step 2: Enter your current password

Step 3: Enter new password and confirm

Step 4: Click Update Password

Update Email

Step 1: Go to Account → Profile

Step 2: Enter new email address

Step 3: Verify new email via link sent

Step 4: Email updated

Managing Addresses

Add New Address

Step 1: Go to Account → Addresses

Step 2: Click Add Address

Step 3: Enter street, city, postal code

Step 4: Add apartment number or instructions

Step 5: Click Save

Edit Address

Step 1: Find address in list

Step 2: Click Edit

Step 3: Make changes

Step 4: Click Save

Set Default Address

Step 1: Find address you want as default

Step 2: Click Set as Default

Step 3: This address auto-fills at checkout

Delete Address

Step 1: Find address to remove

Step 2: Click Delete

Step 3: Confirm deletion

Viewing Order History

Step 1: Go to Account → My Orders

Step 2: View list of all past orders

Step 3: Click any order to see details

Step 4: View items, prices, and receipt

Reordering

Step 1: Find a past order

Step 2: Click Reorder

Step 3: Items added to cart

Step 4: Proceed to checkout

Notification Preferences

Manage what communications you receive:

  • Order confirmation emails
  • Order status updates
  • Marketing emails and offers
  • SMS notifications
  • Push notifications (if PWA installed)

Update Preferences

Step 1: Go to Account → Notifications

Step 2: Toggle each preference on/off

Step 3: Changes save automatically

Loyalty Points (If Enabled)

View your loyalty status:

  • Current point balance
  • Points history
  • Available rewards
  • Tier status

Deleting Your Account

Step 1: Go to Account → Settings

Step 2: Click Delete Account

Step 3: Confirm you want to delete

Step 4: Account and data removed per GDPR
