Admin & Configuration
Configure and manage kiosk settings remotely
Manage kiosk settings from Partner Portal.
- Install hardware - Screen, terminal, printer
- Connect to network - WiFi or ethernet
- Open kiosk URL - Your kiosk domain
- Log in with admin credentials
- Register device - Assign to restaurant
- Configure settings - See below
- Go to Partner Portal → Devices → Kiosks
- Click Add Kiosk
- Enter device name (e.g., "Entrance Kiosk 1")
- Note the registration code
- Enter code on kiosk device
- Device registered and synced
Access at: Partner Portal → Settings → Kiosk

| Restart kiosk | Click device → Restart |

| Lock/unlock | Click device → Lock Mode |
| Status | Meaning |
|---|
| 🟢 Online | Connected, ready for orders |
| 🟡 Busy | Customer actively ordering |
| 🔴 Offline | Not connected |
| 🔒 Locked | Admin locked, not accepting orders |
Use clear names:
- "Entrance Kiosk 1"
- "Food Court Kiosk A"
- "Drive-Thru Kiosk"
Each kiosk can have:
- Different menus (e.g., breakfast kiosk)
- Different languages
- Different payment terminals
Select multiple kiosks to:
- Push updates
- Change settings
- Restart all
Lock kiosk when needed:
- Staff meetings
- Maintenance
- Out of service
- Partner Portal → Devices → Select kiosk
- Click Lock Mode
- Kiosk shows "Out of Service" message
- Unlock when ready
| Cause | Solution |

| Device powered off | Check power supply |
| Software crashed | Restart device |
| Wrong credentials | Re-register device |
