Content Management

Content Management provides website building capabilities with visual editing, custom pages, forms, and multi-language support.

Website Settings Template Selection

Accessing Content Management

Step 1: Click Content or Website in the sidebar

Step 2: Choose what to manage:

  • Website pages
  • Events
  • Forms
  • Gallery

Website Template Selection

Choose your website design:

Step 1: Go to Settings > Website > Template

Step 2: Browse available templates

Website Templates

Step 3: Preview templates by clicking on them

Step 4: Click Select on your chosen template

Step 5: Template is applied to your website

Editing Website Content

Homepage Content

Step 1: Go to Content Management

Step 2: Select Homepage

Step 3: Edit sections:

  • Hero banner
  • About section
  • Featured items
  • Contact info

Step 4: Click Save

Step 5: Preview changes

Step 6: Publish when ready

Creating Custom Pages

Step 1: Click Add Page

Step 2: Enter page details:

  • Page title
  • URL slug (e.g., /about-us)
  • Page description

Step 3: Add content blocks:

  • Text sections
  • Images
  • Menus
  • Contact forms

Step 4: Save and publish

Event Content

Promote special events on your website:

Step 1: Go to Content > Events

Step 2: Click Add Event

Step 3: Enter event details:

  • Event title
  • Date and time
  • Description
  • Featured image
  • Registration link (optional)

Step 4: Set visibility:

  • Active dates (when to show)
  • Featured on homepage

Step 5: Save event

Multi-Language Support

Offer content in multiple languages:

Step 1: Go to Settings > Languages

Step 2: Enable additional languages:

  • English (EN)
  • German (DE)
  • Spanish (ES)

Step 3: For each content item:

  • Edit in primary language
  • Switch to other language
  • Add translation

Step 4: Save all translations

Content Scheduling

Control when content displays:

Step 1: Edit any content item

Step 2: Find Scheduling section

Step 3: Set dates:

  • Start date (when to show)
  • End date (when to hide)

Step 4: Save changes

Content automatically shows/hides based on schedule.

Form Builder

Create custom forms for your website:

Creating a Form

Step 1: Go to Content > Forms

Step 2: Click Create Form

Step 3: Add form fields:

  • Text input
  • Email input
  • Phone number
  • Dropdown selection
  • Text area
  • Checkbox

Step 4: Configure each field:

  • Label
  • Required/optional
  • Placeholder text

Step 5: Set form settings:

  • Form title
  • Submit button text
  • Success message
  • Email notification recipients

Step 6: Save form

Adding Form to Page

Step 1: Edit the page

Step 2: Add a Form Block

Step 3: Select your form

Step 4: Position on page

Step 5: Save page

Viewing Form Submissions

Step 1: Go to Content > Forms

Step 2: Select a form

Step 3: Click Submissions

Step 4: View all responses:

  • Submission date
  • Respondent info
  • Form answers

Step 5: Export to CSV if needed

Showcase your restaurant:

Step 1: Go to Content > Gallery

Step 2: Upload images:

  • Click Add Images
  • Select files
  • Upload

Step 3: Organize images:

  • Drag to reorder
  • Add captions
  • Create albums

Blog/News Section

Share updates with customers:

Step 1: Go to Content > Blog

Step 2: Click New Post

Step 3: Write your post:

  • Title
  • Content

Display announcements:

Step 1: Go to Content > Popups

Step 2: Create popup:

  • Popup content
  • Display trigger (page load, scroll, etc.)
  • Frequency (once per session, always, etc.)

  • Custom Pages: Visual page builder (Puck) for unique landing pages, about sections, and custom content using drag-and-drop components.
  • Template Gallery: Browse and apply pre-designed templates to quickly set up or refresh pages.
  • Careers: Post job listings, manage applications, and handle hiring directly from your site.
  • Forms: Create and manage custom forms for feedback, registrations, and inquiries; view submissions in the Partner Portal (ops context).
