Filter orders by type, station, and status on the Kitchen Display
Order Filtering
Filter your kitchen display to show only the orders relevant to your station or workflow.
Filter by Order Type
Show or hide orders based on how they were placed:

| Dine-in | Table orders from POS |
| Takeaway | Pickup orders from POS, website, or app |
| Delivery | Delivery orders (Lieferando, Uber Eats, etc.) |
| QR Orders | Orders placed via table QR codes |
| All | Everything |
How to Filter
Open Filter Menu
Tap the Filter icon in the header bar.
Select Order Types
Check or uncheck order types. Changes apply immediately — no need to save.
Close the Menu
Tap outside the menu or press the filter icon again. Your filters stay active until you change them.
Filter by Station
If your kitchen has multiple stations, filter to see only your assigned items:

| Prep/Cold | Salads, cold starters, appetizers |
| Drinks/Bar | Beverages, cocktails |
| Dessert | Desserts, pastries |
Station filters are set during login and in Settings. You can change your station without logging out.
Station Setup (Manager)
Stations are configured in the Partner Portal:
Create Stations
Go to Partner Portal → Settings → Kitchen Stations and click Add Station.
Assign Menu Items
In Menu Management, edit each item and assign it to the correct station under Kitchen Station.
Configure KDS Devices
On each kitchen display, go to Settings → Station and select the station this device handles.

Filter by Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| New | Just received, not started |
| In Progress | Currently being prepared |
| Ready | Completed, waiting for pickup |
| All Active | Everything not yet bumped |
Combined Filters
You can combine multiple filters. Common combinations:
- Grill station + Dine-in only — Focus on restaurant table orders at the grill
- All stations + Delivery only — See all delivery orders across the kitchen
- Prep station + New orders only — See only fresh orders for your station
Saved Filter Presets
Save your common filter combinations for quick switching:
- Set up your desired filters
- Tap Save Preset in the filter menu
- Name the preset (e.g., "Lunch Rush - Grill Only")
- Access saved presets from the filter dropdown
Presets are saved per device. If you move to a different kitchen display, you'll need to set up presets again or select your station in Settings.
Quick Tips for Service
| Scenario | Recommended Filter |
|---|---|
| Busy service | Your station only — stay focused |
| Slow periods | All stations — help other stations |
| Delivery rush | Delivery orders only — prioritize |
| Last call | New orders only — see what's still coming in |
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| No orders showing | Check filters — you may be hiding all order types |
| Missing station filter | Stations must be created in Partner Portal first |
| Filter not saving | Ensure browser cookies are enabled for the KDS domain |
| Wrong items on my station | Check item-to-station mapping in Partner Portal → Menu |
