Filter orders by type, station, and status

Order Filtering

Filter your kitchen display to show only the orders relevant to your station or workflow.

Filter by Order Type

Show or hide orders based on how they were placed:

Dine-inTable orders from POS
TakeawayPickup orders
DeliveryDelivery orders (Lieferando, Uber, etc.)

How to Filter

  1. Tap the Filter icon in the header
  2. Select/deselect order types
  3. Filters apply immediately

Filter by Station

If your kitchen has multiple stations, filter to see only your items:

Station Setup

Stations are configured in Partner Portal:

  1. Go to Settings → Kitchen Stations
  2. Create your stations
  3. Assign menu items to each station
  4. Each KDS device selects its station on login

Filter by Status

Combined Filters

You can combine filters. For example:

  • Grill station + Dine-in only
  • All stations + Delivery orders only
  • Prep station + New orders only

Saved Filter Presets

Save your common filter combinations:

  1. Set up your filters
  2. Tap Save Preset
  3. Name the preset (e.g., "Lunch Rush - Grill Only")
  4. Access saved presets from the filter menu

Quick Tips

  • Busy service: Filter to your station only
  • Slow periods: Show all stations to help out
  • Delivery rush: Filter to delivery orders to prioritize
  • Last call: Filter to new orders only
