Transactions Report
The Transactions Report lists individual payment transactions with details like method, amount, status, and associated order. It's essential for financial reconciliation, spotting failed payments, and tracking refunds or chargebacks.

Accessing Transactions Report
Step 1: Go to Reports & Analytics.
Step 2: Choose Transactions (or Transaction Report).
Filter by date range as usual.
Key Features
- List of transactions with order reference, payment method, amount, fees, net, status.
- Search and filter by method, status (success, failed, refunded), date.
- Totals for the period: volume, count, average, fees paid.
Use Cases
- Reconcile daily sales with bank deposits or processor statements.
- Investigate failed or disputed payments.
- Track refund activity and its impact on revenue.
- Export for accounting software or auditors.
Export
Full export of the transaction list for the selected period, including all columns shown.
